We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.

Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail shoes, boots, or sneakers. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable

Not much, remember our trips are all inclusive. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed once we receive the required deposit or full payment and issue a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp).
• The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all travelers in the group agree to these terms.
• Prices are based on the itinerary confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14–30 days before the tour start date.
• For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required immediately.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other agreed methods.

4. Prices & Inclusions

Unless otherwise stated, tour prices include:

• Accommodation as specified
• Transportation during the tour
• English speaking Guide
• Driver
• Meals as stated in the itinerary
• Entrance fees and activities listed
• Domestic flights as stated in the itinerary
• Boats as stated in the itinerary
• Entrance fees as stated in the itinerary

Prices do not include:

• Flights (international/domestic) unless stated
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses (laundry, minibar, tips, etc.)
• Visa fees or airport taxes (if applicable).

5. Changes to Itinerary

• We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Any changes will be made with the traveler’s best interests in mind and will not reduce the overall quality of the tour.

6. Cancellation by the Client

• If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees may apply:
• More than [30] days before departure: Deposit forfeited
• [15–29] days before departure: [50%] of total tour cost
• Less than [14] days before departure: [100%] of total tour cost
• No-show: 100% charge
• Cancellation must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).

7. Cancellation or Changes by the Company

If we must cancel the tour due to force majeure (weather, natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, etc.), we will offer:

• An alternative date, or
• A credit for future travel, or
• A refund (excluding non-recoverable costs)
• We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred (flights, hotels, visas).

8. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, delays, and personal belongings.
• We are not responsible for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

9. Health & Fitness

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to join the tour.
• Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if a traveler’s condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.

10. Responsibility & Liability

• We act as an organizer and agent for transport providers, hotels, boats, and other suppliers.
• We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control.
• Participation in activities (trekking, snorkeling, boating, etc.) is at the traveler’s own risk.

11. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passport, visa, and other documents are valid.
• Passport validity must be at least 6 months from the date of travel.

12. Children & Families

• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Special family or child safety arrangements should be discussed in advance.

13. Photos & Marketing

We may use photos or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless you inform us in writing that you do not agree.

14. Governing Law

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.

We do hike in the rain, snow, wind and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. You will be notified the week of your trip if there are changes due to weather.
