East Java is one of four administrative provinces on Java Island. It is located in eastern part of Java Island Indonesia. The area is about 48.258 km2 with the total population of 40,6 million at the 2020 census. This province has four National Parks namely Baluran National Park, Meru Betiri National Park, Alas Purwo National Park and Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. No wonders if this area offers so many wonderful tourist destinations.

Additionally, Bromo Mount, Ijen Crater Lake, Tumpak Sewu waterfall, Kapas Biru Waterfall, Sukamade Waterfall and turtle beach are among the best places to visit in East Java. Day 1: Departure

Picked up at 05:00 am in your hotel in south Bali, then drive approximately 3 hours to West Bali harbour. Cross the sea with ferry approximately 1 hour to Ketapang-East Java. Then, continue to the west to Meru Betiri National Park, where you visit the Red Island beach. In the evening after dinner, you have a chance to release the baby turtles back into the sea. It so amazing. Overningt in a simple accomodation in the forest.

Day 2

On the second day, we leave the turtle beach of Meru Betiri N.P. for Lumajang. Stop over at the beach of red Island for swimming and relaxing. Lunch will be served enroute. Upon arrival in Lumajang, check in at a simple hotel. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 3

After breakfast, check out from the hotel, then your car takes you to Kapas Biru waterfall. This waterfall is located approximately 35 minutes from the parking lot. From Kapas Biru waterfall, your trip continues to Tumpak Sewu waterfall. This waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls around the world. It has a breathtaking view of the ring shaped cliff from where the water flows down into the pool and through the river to other places. To reach the waterfall we need a little efford to trekk down to the river. From Tumpak Sewu, we continue to Bromo. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant on the way. In the afternoon check in at the booked hotel in Bromo. Dinner will be served in the restaurant of the hotel.

Day 4: Return

Picked up at 03:00 am at your hotel lobby, then a 4WD Jeep will take you approximately 1,5 hours on a small and winding road to Bukit Penanjakan where you withness the breathtaking view of Bromo sunrise. After that drive down into the crater through the lava sand sea untill you reach the Poten temple. From there take a walk for about 10 minutes to reach the stairs that lead you up to the rim of Bromo mount. Upon arrival at the mountain top, you will see the smoke coming out from the caldera of this active volcano. You can also enjoy the wonderful panorama around. Back to the hotel for Breakfast and shower. After that check out and enjoy a long drive to Ketapang- East Java. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant on the way. In the late afternoon check in at the bokked hotel in Ketapang. Dinner will be served at the hotel.

Day 5: Return

Today you must wake up early again. Picked up at the hotel lobby is at 02:30 am, then drive uphill to Paltuding, a parking lot that is located at the slope of mount Ijen. From there you start trekking to the mountain top, where you can see one of the most breathtaking sights of Indonesia’s volcano craters. You will visit the beautiful turkish crater lake that is located in the caldera, meanwhile you will withness the sulfur workers walk up and down and cary almost 70Kg sulfur stones on their shoulder. A hard work, but the income is enough for the family to survive. After the sunrise, ruturn to Paltuding, then your car takes you back to the hotel for shower and breakfast. Check out from the hotel after breakfast, then cross the sea approximately 1 hour with ferry from Ketapang East Java to Gilimanuk West Bali. From there you will enjoy beautiful views along the way from Gilimanuk to your hotel in south Bali. Lunch will be served enroute.
