I happened to get Frank as a Grab Driver. It was the best coincidence that had happened on our trip. On our short Grab trip, he offered his services as my kids and I had a planned trip to Ubud from Kuta. Using Flores Active Tours to take us to Ubud and surrounds was an absolutely seamless, painless and amazing trip. Frank, being a registered tour guide (German and English speaking) was so knowledgeable not only on everything in Bali Tourism but the whole Indonesia. We spoke about everything from politics, religion, economics, tourism, agriculture, the list goes on. Frank is a respectable, reputable, meticulous, patient, calm natured person who thought of everything to make my kids and I comfortable on our 2 day trip. He is highly recommended to do your guided tours, shuttle service and advice. Thank you Frank for having the patience with my energetic son and capturing the moments the way I wanted it and for being a humble soul, trusting and respectful gentleman. We became aware of Flores Active Tours through a recommendation, which in hindsight was one of the best decisions we ever made.

Frankie went to extraordinary lengths even before the trip and organised a lot for us. Whether it was the transfers and boat tickets to Gili and back, transfers to our hotels or guided tours with him directly. Thanks to Frankie, we got to know some of the most beautiful sides of Bali and fell in love straight away.

Whether it was funny moments with durian fruits tied under the car, lots of information about history and culture – we always felt that we were in good hands thanks to his very friendly manner.

We will definitely be back and are really looking forward to it. 🙂
